Ingredients
Basic egg mix

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200ºc/180ºc fan and spray a 12 hole non stick muffin tin with oil
Add the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika to a bowl and whisk together
Split between the 12 holes in the muffin tray - I use a jug
Split the red pepper, spinach and ham between the 12 holes - I do this now to make sure the same amount of each ingredient is in each bite
Sprinkle on the cheese and stir each bite slightly
Bake in the oven for 16-20 minutes
Enjoy hot, or cold out of the fridge

These egg bites will last 4 days in the fridge once made but can freeze for 3 + months
You can defrost and reheat in the microwave really easily
